Bedroom available in cosy central london apartment

Hi there,
There is a double room available in my apartment 2 minute walk from Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. I am the registered tenant but I am looking for someone to fill the other bedroom as my current flat mate is about to move out.
The flat is small but super cosy and homely. I like to keep things clean and tidy but I am very easy going. Smokers welcome, dogs and cats are also welcome as I love animals. The apartment has all the amenities you could need like a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc. I am really easy to get along with and generally easy going about most things.
