Piccadilly oasis. Three-bed, super-central stunner

Hope you're doing well and the London flat hunting isn't going too awfully,

Unfortunately/Excitingly, I am leaving London to go to New York for a couple years.

Ultimately that means there is a spare room available in what I thought was going to be the apartment that I would spend a lot of time in.

It's a great place. Incredibly central, yet tucked away from the crowds. Walking distance to Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, Charring Cross. Nestled between two streets with it's own courtyard and wrap-around terrace - somehow the city doesn't feel too encroaching.

The room itself is a pretty standard double room; built in wardrobe, space for a desk, motorised blind (if you're into that). Not an en-suite, but two of the three rooms share two bathrooms so you will have your own private space.

The living room is a massive open plan with modern kitchen, comfy sofas, huge TV, wine fridge, triple aspect windows, loads of storage. An additional basement storage room.

Oh, and two amazing people to share it with. Zhuo and Pranav are hugely cute and incredibly welcoming.

I am quite sad to be leaving, but happy that someone else can take it on. I can be a little flexible on the date, I fly to America the last weekend of May, so hopefully looking for someone to take over as soon as possible to that.

**Spareroom says that deposit can't be more than 5 weeks rent. The deposit was split evenly, whereas the rooms are being paid unevenly. Deposit is 3, not 2.
