Bright and spacious double room available from March. Good transport links to Brixton, Clapham Common and London Bridge. The area is quiet and Brockwell Park is nearby which is great for sunny days and exploring.

The room is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobes, and separate space for storage above the wardrobes. There are two shower rooms/toilets.

All bills are included, gas, electric, water, council tax and Broadband (145mbps download speed).

The house is pretty chilled and I am looking for someone similar with a good work/life balance.
