I'm leaving my lovely house after three glorious years here. My excellent housemates are two friendly, professionals - one chef and one events manager. We enjoy spending time together (cooking meals, watching telly, eating take aways etc.) whilst also respecting everyone's space, and we keep the communal areas of the flat clean and tidy.

The property itself is light and airy with a large, open plan living/dining area and a garden. Our bathroom has a shower/bath (and toilet, sink and two cabinets), and the kitchen is a decent size - we even have a pantry. There is free off-road parking in a car park.

We are only a 5 minute walk from Brockwell Park, with Dulwich Park, Belair Park, Clapham Common, Tooting Common and Streatham Common all within easy walking distance. The nearest corner shop is only a 2 minute walk away, and a Co-op, Tesco Express and Sainsbury's are a 10-15 min walk away.

Rent is £575pcm (bills c.£90). We deal directly with the live-out landlords, who are reliable and friendly and sort out any issues efficiently.
