Large, light, double room on first floor of a Victorian house conversion. Double bed, chest of drawers, fireplace. and a built in wardrobe in the room.
The en-suite consists of a shower, loo and basin.

There is a very friendly cat who you’ll get to know. There’s access to a big south facing garden which you’re welcome to enjoy - space in the garden to lock up a bike if you’re a cyclist. Smoking is permitted but only in the garden. And if you’re a gardener - you’re welcome to help.
The funky en-suite shower room (no bath) will be exclusively yours. Kitchen is straightforward, washing machine (no tumble dryer) is available. Broadband and Bills are included.

The flat is 1 min from the bus stop on Brixton Hill and on a very friendly street. Brixton tube station is a 15 min walk or 5mins on the bus, and there are overground transport links 10 min walk away.
It’s a very green part of London, with 3 fabulous parks only 10 mins away, and the lively areas of Brixton, Clapham and central London are easily accessed.
Great friendly neighbourhood on a quiet street.


Me: I run community and art spaces for a housing charity. Fairly quiet when home but like a good chat over a cuppa. Cycle, take photos, watch films and like a good comedy night.
