Master suite in modern family home, Streatham Hill

Hi! I'm renting out the master suite of my family home. It's a huge room with its own sitting area, desk, dressing area with built in wardrobes and very big en-suite bathroom with wetroom area and bath. It's in a small gated development of new-builds with free parking.

TRANSPORT: 7 min walk to Streatham Hill train station (18 mins to Victoria or 40 mins to London Bridge), and a 10 min bus ride to Brixton (for the Victoria Line.)

LOCATION: The mews is tucked away and very quiet, yet the shops, cafes and bars of Streatham Hill are on the doorstep. There are also local gyms, a cinema and parks close by.

INCLUDED: Use of kitchen and sunny garden, all bills, cleaner and internet. Sheets and towels if required. TV on request.

ABOUT US: We are a busy happy little family of three plus friendly cat and you'd hardly see us as I work during the week and the house is quiet in the evenings.

ABOUT YOU: We're ideally looking for a professional requiring a room during the week, although happy to negotiate some weekends if necessary.
