The flat includes a spacious shared living room and eat-in kitchen as well as a back garden with a seating area.
Situated on a quiet residential street. Excellent transport links to central London; Streatham Hill train station a 6minute walk with trains running every 20min to Victoria and London Bridge. Excellent bus links as well with numberous buses running every few min to Brixton and Streatham.

We are a friendly, young professional couple (late 20is early 30tis) originally from Spain, that love living in London. We are happy to socialize, chat and eat together now and then whilst respecting each other' space. Miguel partly works from home and uses the single room as his home office, working in HR. While Marisa works in e-commerce marketing in town.
Miguel loves football and tennis; his girlfriend Marisa loves reading and meeting friends. We both love to go for a meal and travelling.

We are not party animals but certainly don't mind a nice chat, and a cup or glass of somethings nice :-) after a busy day at work.
