I’m advertising one double room in a spacious house in Clapham. There is a choice between a smaller or larger double room (the smaller room goes for £800 per month or the larger goes for £915 per month — bills included).

The smaller room comes with a chest of drawers, floor to ceiling shelving, and a closet. The bigger room comes with a chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house is located on a quiet street about 15-20 min walk (5-10 min bus ride) to Clapham Common and Brixton stations, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. The house comes with a large kitchen, dining table, living room, a garden, 2 bathrooms/toilets, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a wine cooler.

The other 2 housemates who you’d be living with are very friendly and sociable and the house is available now!
