Room for rent in a great flat - SW2.

It’s a beautiful first floor flat in the centre of Streatham Hill (SW2).

The flat has high ceilings and lovely Victorian features - it’s a very spacious two bed room flat and due to the high and large windows lets loads of light in. Also has lots of storage space, new dishwasher and washing machine and also a new combi boiler with British Gas Home Care Service and new Hive system all included.

You’d be sharing the flat with Lisa (who’s going to be in the smaller room). She’s 31 years old, actress and also works in media and is a BSL (British Sign Language) translator. Lisa travels quite a bit with her work and often goes back to Ireland where her family live. She’s super friendly and a genuine lovely person and has been living in the flat for the last few years.

You’d be renting the large double room with a super king size bed. (excellent mattress!)

The flat is so close to transport, the station and buses are only a 1 to 2 min walk away and I have honestly never felt unsafe walking home at anytime of the day or night.

It's also great being so close to M&S, Gail's bakery and all the shops and lovely restaurants that have started popping up in the area. Streatham Wine Bar and the Batch Coffee shop are some of my favourites. It’s also just a quick 8 min bus journey to Brixton tube.

For couples the rent will be £1500 and for singles £1150. Bills are excluded, but you’ll be sharing these with Lisa.
