The rent is £225 per week. All bills are included. High speed internet as well.
2 weeks deposit. The person who moves in should be responsible please. The flat is very comfortable. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.

Good connections to the city. Free parking in the street outside. Which you don’t find very often nowadays.
