one room available in our hug social share house. The house itself has seen better days, however we’ve recently had our bathrooms revovated. If you are new to London and looking to make friends look no further than the 9 awesome mates who currently reside in this three story monster. We’re all on different schedules so weekdays will often be quite quiet, however every weekend we try to get together and have family dinners, a few wines and hanging out in our unreal backyard. We love getting brunch on a Sunday, and try to organise weekends away pretty frequently (corona permitting)

Bond is £685 for the room and paid directly to the outgoing tenant. Bills come to around £50 every month.

There is a bus stop right out the front with buses every few minutes that take you into Brixton in 8 minutes and Clapham in 12 minutes.
