2 bed flatlet with sittingroom kitchen and bathroom at the top of family home where we live below. Self contained but access through my house. Ideal location as house backs onto beautiful Brockwell Park and is in a non through road but 3 minutes walk to buses cafes, shops, pubs and 10 minutes to Brixton or Herne Hill Stations, Vibrant Brixton Market, shops, restaurants and music venues with 10 minute train journey from Brixton to central London. As access is through my house I need trustworthy, friendly, reliable and tolerant tenants. Bedrooms back onto the park and are quiet and peaceful. Sittingroom at front where there will be some noise from road and sons TV below. Would suit NHS, public sector or wildlife friendly workers, mature students or researchers. 2 friends a couple or mother and child. Fully furnished. Fridge freezer & washing machine, oven and microwave. All bills are included including Wifi. Heating and hot water system shared with us below. We have 2 cats in the house. I have left wing and druid/pagan leanings.
