Large ensuite room available with separate work from home space. It’s a lovely private room at the top of a 4 bedroom house, with ensuite shower, fridge, freezer, microwave & kettle. The house itself is light-filled and spacious, spread over three floors. There is a large kitchen/ dining/living area, with gym and bi-fold doors opening out onto the garden.

It’s in zone 2, within easy reach of central Brixton and the Victoria Line (15 min walk or 5 min bus ride), moments from Brockwell Park, and walking distance to Tulse Hill Station, with direct trains to London Bridge and the Thameslink line. There is a Tesco Express at the end of road (1 min walk) and a larger Sainsburies just down the hill (7 min walk, 2 min bus ride).

The flatmates are really chilled and friendly, but like their own space. There is a resident dog, who loves people, but he stays in his owner’s room most of the time.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week and we are looking for someone who likes to keep things tidy!
