Looking for a lodger in our Victorian house 15 mins walk from Clapham Common, Clapham North or Brixton. The bus stop for 137 and 417 bus 1 min walk from the house. The live in landlords (Sri Lankan lawyer and German nutritionist ) travel abroad a lot. This place could be ideal for someone who wants to benefit from the generosity of a large room in quiet terraced house with a garden. Our other lodger ( Indian) is 27 and works in the office as a journalist during the day. The house has a large kitchen, 2 reception rooms. Utility bills, broadband bills and cleaner bills are not included in the rent. Approximately 100£ per month.
