The flat is a Large Maisonette set on a very quiet road in streatham hill (parking available with parking permit from Lambeth council) we are equidistant from Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill (an 8 min walk to both) we also have Hillside park which is opposite the flat and Brockwell Park is a ten minute walk which has a great Sunday food market and a Lido with gym and outdoor swimming pool

Streatham Hill has trains to Victoria and Clapham junction and busses down to Brixton with the Victoria line from Brixton underground station! Streatham Hill also has a various mix of shops including a sainsburys, a Co Op and M&S food hall

Tulse Hill has trains to Victoria, London Bridge and city Thames link into Farringdon, King’s Cross and st Pancreas International it also has busses to Herne Hill and Brixton and also has a Co Op

West Norwood is also a short walk with a variety of shops and bars

Streatham also has a good mix of shops, bars, restaurants and a Pure Gym & Fitness First

The room’s consist of a Double bedroom an Office and your own private Bathroom it would best suit someone who works from home my current housemate works part time from home and having your own office means your work home life is very separate the office also comes with ample storage!

Living room has large tv and a sofa bed for when guests come to stay!
