We are looking for a fourth housemate for our 4-bed flat just off King's Avenue in Clapham.
A little bit about us: we are all clean, tidy, and respectful of each other's space, but we also enjoy fun nights out and in, whether it's at pubs, bars, playing board games, or having movie nights!
I’m from Rome, and the other two housemates are from Birmingham and Bristol.
Currently, we have 1 girl and 2 guys, but we welcome anyone to join us!
The flat is in a large block within a residential area, just a 20-minute walk to Clapham Common or Brixton. There are a few shops and a gym nearby too.
The rent for the room is £755 PCM, plus bills, which are approximately £110 per month.
