Double Room w/Huge Living Room and Balcony

Situated on the 6th floor with a shared balcony and roof terrace, the double room is fully furnished with a double bed, bed side table, and a set of drawers, with 2 large windows looking out towards Streatham, the room grants a lot of space and light into the room. Please note, the clothes rack and TV are not included.

The living room is very generous and with a great dining table. Have had lots of wholesome group dinners here! We have a TV and a projector with an Amazon Firestick which has Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, which you are welcome to use. Additionally there is a desk for WFH days (1 of us currently has 2 WFH days a week, the other is in the office 5 days a week).

Location has excellent transport links by bus (there is a stop right outside the property) or a very short walk to Brixton station.

Will be living with two friends who have been living and working in London for the past 6 years, who know the area well. Joe is a brilliant quiz master and enjoys football (+ all sports). Grace is a lover of art and works at a museum and gallery. Both love a pint occasionally.

Grace has an ensuite room so you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

I am looking to move to a different part of London due to work which is why this room has become available.

We are seeking a housemate to join our clean and friendly flat, we are very relaxed and enjoy the social side of living with people but also very respectful of each other's space.
