The kitchen contains a washing machine, oven, four gas burner stove top, and microwave. A new water boiler has been recently installed. There are 2 fridge/freezers, with you, our new house mate, sharing the larger one.
The home has been recently repainted, and the bathroom has had a complete makeover.
The home's young-at-heart tenants are a 57yo Australian male, and a 43yo English female. We are unpretentious and chilled, but are fun and friendly, and would love to add to the multicultural makeup of our home with a tidy and considerate long-term house mate.
We are definitely not a party house, but like to socialise, while also respecting each other’s privacy and quiet time.
The home is located in a safe and underrated location and is close to shopping facilities with takeaways, various other shops and a Sainsbury's Local all within 100 metres, and a lively pub just across the road.
With 8 bus routes running past the front door, plus several night buses, we are well-connected to cosmopolitan, happening Brixton, with its tube station (Victoria line), historic markets, cafes, music venues and nightlife only 5-10 minutes away.
For those that appreciate the warmer weather, there are open leafy green spaces close by.
This home is in a good central, south-western location (Zone 2) allowing quick access to the rest of London.
