- We are located in a very residential area around clapham park, between clapham and Brixton.
- Corner Tesco and Sainsburys both ~2min walk plus 2x big tescos and Lidl all 3 at between ~15-20min walk or ~10 min bus
- Clapham common is ~15 minute walk away and tooting commons is ~10 minute walk away - perfect if you like being outdoors/running/walking
- Closest gyms are anytime fitness ~2 min walk, Jetts Brixton ~10 min walk

- We’re very friendly and quite a chill flat, we like to have dinners as a flat together every so often and like to socialize in the kitchen when it fits into everyone’s schedules
- The other 2 flatmates do like a night out once in a while (personally I definitely prefer a night-in and coffee/brunch)
- We have a weekly cleaning rota for kitchen and bathroom so we like to stay organized in that way

✴️ABOUT YOU
- Move-in date anytime after the 3rd of June - previous flatmates is moving out as she is finishing her masters
- Lease ends Sept 2025, but possibility to move out earlier, so ideally 6 month minimum stay
- Ideally young professional (if student must be willing to pay council tax) - room can fit a desk but isn’t huge so WFH probably isn’t the more desirable
- Friendly and able to blend into the chill atmosphere we have, contribute to weekly cleaning, etc - we’re all friends so definitely looking for someone who likes that environment (rarely when we’re all home we’re all isolated and locked in our rooms)
