Spacious Double room available

Myself (Lara) and my flatmate Mus currently live in a 3 bedroom flat, we're both young professionals in our late 20s (yuck), our other housemate is moving out so we need someone to take her room end of April (or we can be flexible)

As you can see from the photos it’s an upstairs flat, very modern & spacious.

A good sized living room where I currently have my desks to work from home, there’s space for another desk if you work from home - but the double room available is also big enough to put a desk in if you prefer a quiet space. Theres a bathroom which you would share with Mus (he’s super clean)my room is an en-suite so I have my own and the kitchen has ample space for us all to cook, sadly we don’t have a garden but have but have a Juliet balcony which overlooks the stunning garden our landlord has but won’t let us use
The rent is £1107 including bills (which are about £100ish each) really sorry it’s a bit spenny but our landlord put the bill up & the there’s a cost of living crisis xoxo

A bit about us.
I’m sadly an accountant but spend majority of my time on either watching TikToks or procrastinating! I work from home 4 days a week with 1 day in the office but changes week to week.
Mus works in marketing, he also works from home!
We're both very social and go out on a weekly basis. We also do sober house activities such as IKEA and tesco trips. We spend the majority of our time in the living room watching our giant tv so want someone social to live with us! We also have other electrical perks of living with us such as an air fryer, a juicer & a dishwasher- unheard of in this economy!

We've also been told we're extremely friendly and funny people but you can come and judge that for yourselves - we're happy to go out for drinks etc to get to know you to see if we'd all be a good fit - please get in touch if you're interested!
