Description
I have a spare room in a large flat with garden, within walking distance to Brixton station
Ideally we want a flatmate for min 3 months, or could be as long as 9 or 12 months
I am a friendly professional who works in the creative industries, speaking English and spend most of my time away from the flat leaving it largely to yourself and the other housemate Alex, who works in the music industry
The bedroom is a large double with wardrobe, and space for desk
The apartment itself is light and airy, with exposed floorboards throughout, over split levels, with loads of space, decent kitchen, and outdoor space in the summer
Current set up is me (part-time) on weekdays only, one other friendly housemate Alex
If you think this sounds interesting, get in touch and we can have a chat/zoom or arrange a viewing in person
Thanks
PS More about the area... 🌮
