Room Available In Brixton Hill - 1 May 💃

Hey! We’re Rosie, Ellen, Jack and Bec looking for a sociable, tidy housemate that is up for joining in on dinners, drinks, trips to the pub and chilling on the sofa together.

We regularly do stuff with our friends who live opposite so looking for housemates that will want to get involved.

We like the dynamic of a mixed house so ideally a guy would be more suited for the room. We are aged 29/30 and work in corporate jobs so looking for housemates 26 + that work Mon-Fri.

Room: Cosy double room - comes with a double bed but no other furniture. Room for a rail and small chest of drawers but not a desk (the rest of us have desks in our rooms so you’d be welcome to work in the kitchen) £800 pm exc bills

There is a downstairs toilet in between room 1 & 2, you’d be sharing the main bathroom / shower upstairs with one other (3 in total)

The house: 5 bed house, has a south facing garden in a new development in SW2 (10 min walk from Clapham North / 15 min to Brixton). We have the tenancy until 1 Feb 2026 so looking for long term tenants.

The boring stuff: Bills approx £130 each p/m. Room is a sublet so you wouldn’t be on the tenancy but we’re looking for a long term commitment and we’d ask for a deposit of some sort which can be discussed.
