Our two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat has a nice sized kitchen, living room with a desk/wfh set up, and a garden perfect for unwinding after a long day. There is also a cellar for ample storage space in the flat.

The room comes furnished with a bed, dresser, shelf, and clothing rack. The room opens up directly into the garden, which is great in the summer!

You'll be sharing the flat with my fantastic current flatmate, Charlotte, who is incredibly easy-going and a joy to live with.

The location of the flat is super convenient, you'll find yourself only 10-15 minutes from both Clapham Common and Brixton station and access to a lot of bus lines. Great for if you have a commute into the city, but the street is also quiet and great for working from home.

The room is available from May 4. The price per month includes rent and bills (utilities, council tax), and deposit amount 550. The contract will be a rolling contract.
