Very well connected for central London - by bus, tube, train or bicycle. 20-minute walk to Brixton or Clapham Common stations or 10/15 minutes via bus, where you’ll find numerous pubs and restaurants, Ritzy Cinema and Brockwell Lido. Equidistant between Brockwell Park, Clapham and Tooting Commons. 5-minute walk to Streatham Hill station and 20-minute walk to Balham.

2-minute walk to a Tesco Express and Sainsburys local. 20-minute walk to Aldi and Lidi or 10-minutes by bus.

The bedroom has plenty of storage (built in wardrobe and ottoman style bed). The bedroom is fully furnished apart from the desk, this will be replaced with a desk or chest of drawers depending on tenants needs.

The kitchen lounge area has all the usual amenities (dishwasher, washer drier, microwave, coffee machine) and is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates etc.

The flat has a private garden and a shared garden, with the shared garden containing locked bike storage. On-street parking requires a permit.
