The Room & House 🛌
It’s a lovely big double room that’s flooded with light. We have a big shared living area with an open plan kitchen, a dining table, big sofa and TV, washer and tumble dryer, 2 bathrooms and a garden. As it’s a big house and there’s a few of us we stick to a cleaning rota to keep the house in really nice shape.

You’d be living with me and 3 others, I’m 26 and work as a diary coordinator for a school leaders union and also work in the arts, Sophia who is 24 and works in payroll, Norma who is 26 and works as a hostess, and Cam who is 26 and works as a financial planning analyst. We’re all really good friends and spend lots of time baking together, watching shows or hanging out with a drink but also all like our downtime. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly house! ❤️

Location 🗺️
It’s a 10 minute bus ride to Brixton station or to Clapham Junction station or a 20-25 minute walk to either so it’s super easy to get anywhere but you get the nice residential area quietness too.

Bills 💸
Room is £1,065/month and bills come to about £60-70/month and would be on the lower end as it’s warmer now.

We’re ideally looking for someone in their mid-20s to match the house age range. Unfortunately part of the check is based on salary with the room so you’d have to be earning £30k or up by the landlord and estate agency’s policy.
