Bright 1-bed flat for summer let

My boyfriend and I are going travelling for the summer, so our flat will be free from 10th July to 27th August.

We’re looking for an individual or a couple, who is/are clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of the place in which they live, who would like a summer let, ideally for most of the time that we’re away.

It’s a very bright (with windows in every room) 1-bed flat with an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. The dining table sits up to 6 people (with 2 on a bench). It also has a roof terrace with an outdoor sofa and coffee table.

There is a dishwasher and washing machine.

Wifi and all other bills included.

The flat is a 20-minute walk from Clapham North (Northern line), Clapham Common (Northern line) and Brixton (Victoria line) tube stations. There are also lots of buses that can get you to Brixton station even faster. There are also buses that take you all the way to the centre of London, e. g. Waterloo, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus.

There are lots of great pubs, restaurants and bars nearby.

Clapham Common and Brockwell Park are both within walking distance (maximum 20 minutes).

The nearest large supermarket (Sainsbury’s) is a 16-minute walk but there is a Sainsbury’s Local or a Tesco Express a 7-minute walk away.

There’s only one other flat in the building.

We’d prefer a non-smoker if possible, but a smoker could smoke on the roof terrace (definitely not in the flat though).

No house parties please.
