Bright Attic room on second floor of 6 bedroom house and an additional smaller room which can be used as an office. This room comes with its own private bathroom.
House mates are all very friendly, working professionals which enjoy socialising together as well as on their own. Each housemate is responsible to maintain a respectful environment and uphold their responsibilities within the home. There is a service charge for a cleaner and Gardener who maintains the communal areas.
The utilities are not included with rent.
