Gorgeous room - Brixton hill. Free parking roads!!

Im moving out of my room to leave for France & need someone to replace me in our gorgeous flat with the best roommate!! It’s so worth a visit as a lot bigger than it looks in the photos :) Here’s a bit about my current roomate & the flat:

Big bright double room in two bedroom flat share. The room comes part furnished with a wardrobe, book case and side table. My current housemate is also happy to sell the bed very cheap if you’re interested.

The flat is very well laid out with a large living room and separate spacious kitchen. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet (handy), both shared. We also have a lovely balcony that gets the afternoon sun - perfect for a knock off drink.

We are situated at the top of Brixton Hill/Clapham park with easy access into Brixton, as well as Clapham and Balham. The flat is a 15 minute walk to the Clapham South tube or buses also frequently run down into there and Brixton. If you’re a cyclist the location is a breeze.

You’ll be sharing with me - an Aussie who’s lived in London longer than Mum appreciates. I’ve lived in this flat for the past year. I’m a full time healthcare worker and mostly work on site. With an occasional WFH home day. I love to keep active, explore new restaurants/cafes, go to gigs and events and of course hit the local pubs. I am looking for a new housemate that shares mutual values around cleanliness, and respect for our home. I’m up for occasional nights in with a cheeky drink or two, but looking for someone who is also established in London and equally happy to do their own thing.
