En suite double room available, very well situated on a quiet road between Brixton and Clapham. A 10-15 minute walk to both stations and also close by to Clapham Common and many supermarkets. The bills are not included and are £150 a month - this includes a cleaner so the house is always spotless.

The house itself is beautiful with lovely housemates. There is a large communal living area complete with a garden and home gym. I am only moving out to move back towards home. Whoever takes the room will be very lucky! The house is very chilled, clean and you hardly notice people are home through the week.

The room is very bright; complete with an en-suite bathroom, landing area, large storage room next door and a built in wardrobe. The room is the only room on the top floor, offering great privacy. The landing also offers space for a desk to WFH or place additional furniture/storage. The existing furniture is up for grabs!

The housemates are all great, 2 work in finance and the other in software engineering. Everyone is always up for a laugh but also appreciates each others space.
