I'm looking for someone to rent out my spare room to. I live in a 2-bed flat in Streatham Hill, less than 10 mins from the Station.
The room comes furnished with a double bed with built-in storage, an open hanging wardrobe, mirror, folding desk and chair. You would also have use of the shared living space, as well as sole use of the main bathroom as I have an ensuite. Unfortunately the flat is not enormously accessible as it is on the first floor and there is no lift.
Ideally I'm looking for an LGBTQ+ professional aged 25-45 years old, but that's not an absolute requirement. Non-smokers only, please.
Rent is £1100/month including bills.
Some background about me:
I'm Simon, I'm a 31 year old cis queer guy, working in the health charity sector. I'd describe myself a sociable introvert - I'm friendly and love spending time with others but I'm also a total nerd and can be a bit of a homebody. I love singing, music, comics and drag, and I'm also passionate about LGBTQ issues.
I have ADHD, so while I expect the flat to be kept clean and am happy to do my part, it won't be spotless at all times. I also have a severe nut allergy and would prefer not to have any nuts in the flat, so if you're a huge fan of peanut butter we may not be a match!
