I'm looking for someone to rent out my spare room to. I live in a 2-bed flat in Streatham Hill, less than 10 mins from the Station.
The room comes furnished with a double bed with storage room under the mattress, an open hanging wardrobe, mirror, folding desk and chair. You would also have use of the shared living space, as well as sole use of the main bathroom as I have an ensuite. Unfortunately the flat is not enormously accessible as it is on the first floor and there is no lift.
Ideally I'm looking for an LGBTQ+ professional aged 25-45 years old, but that's certainly not an absolute requirement. Non-smokers only, please.
Rent is £1100/month including bills.
Some background about me:
I'm Simon, I'm a 31 year old cis queer guy, working in the health charity sector. I'd describe myself a sociable introvert - I'm friendly and love spending time with others but I'm also a total nerd and can be a bit of a homebody. I love singing, music, comics and drag, and I'm also passionate about LGBTQ issues.
I have ADHD, so while I expect the flat to be kept clean and am happy to do my part, it won't be spotless at all times. I also have a severe nut allergy and would prefer not to have any nuts in the flat, so if you're a huge fan of peanut butter we may not be a match!
