Looking for a female flatmate for a property in Brixton Hill (Lambeth). You would be renting a newly furnished double room, with a view that overlooks the terrace and catches the morning sun. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a spacious kitchen, and a light and airy living room which leads into a private terrace. The house has Wifi fibre broadband in all rooms, and we are planning to buy a communal TV in September. We keep the property clean and well maintained.

Prague Place is a quiet, predominantly residential area. The house is a 10-minute walk away from Clapham North Station, and a 15-minute walk away from Clapham Common. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away from the house. We are also in close proximity to Abbeville Village, with its many boutique shops, restaurants, and cafés. Parking is available.
