We’re looking for a fourth housemate for our 4-bed flat just off of Kings Avenue in Clapham.
About us
We’re a clean, tidy and respectful bunch who enjoy nights out and in, having dinner together, and movie nights!
We currently have 1 girl and 2 guys, but we welcome anyone to join us! I’m from the West Mids and the other two come from Rome and Bristol.
About the Flat
The flat is in a large block within a safe, residential area. There are few shops nearby as well as a gym!
Location wise we’re equidistant from all Clapham underground stations as well as Brixton - around a 20 minute walk or a 10 min bus ride to Clapham Common station and Brixton. Lots of green space nearby too - we’re right in the middle of Clapham Common, Tooting Common and Brockwell Park.
The rent is £755 (pro-rated for September) and bills are approx £115 per month.
The move in date will be the 8th September (could possibly be 7th). If you’re interested please do get in touch and if you’ve already messaged and have had no reply please do message again and we’ll be sure to reply!
