Three double rooms next to Brockwell Park

Hi everyone! My flatmates will be moving in with their partners, so we are looking for people to take on their rooms. As our tenancy ends on September 4th, we would be signing on a new tenancy agreement with the landlord. We have three double rooms available: two are en-suites and the other would share a bathroom with me.

This is a spacious flat nestled up right next to Brockwell park, with plenty of space for picnics, tennis, basketball, cricket: whatever outdoorsy activities you fancy. It’s not far from Brixton station (20min walk, 10min by bus) and Herne Hill station (less than 10min walk through the park). The flat has several pubs and cafes nearby, and there is a Tesco 5min away and. Sainsbury’s 10min away.

ABOUT THE ROOMS:
Room 1: This is the first of the en-suite rooms. With a northeastern facing window, this cozy room has ample storage space (including an extra storage closet in the hallway), and comes with a double bed.
Room 2: The second en-suite, facing the garden to the Southwest, is a spacious room with plenty of storage and room for extra furniture. This room is partially furnished and comes with the double bed.
Room 3: The second floor room is a cozy, Northeastern facing room featuring a separate room which can be used as either an office or as extra storage. This room comes with a double bed and would share a bathroom with me.

ABOUT ME: I’m a 26 year old bartender currently looking for work in fine art sales. I generally work closing shifts so I’m a bit of a night owl, but am still quiet and respectful of the 9-5ers. In my free time I do enjoy keeping fit (I play baseball in North London), spending time in the park, and am always keen for a pint or two.
