Huge En-suite Room Brixton/Clapham

SHORT TERM LET - All tennants leaving February 2025.

The house is situated about a 15 minute walk from both Brixton, Clapham Common & North tube station, and is on a quiet peaceful road. We have a nice garden which can be used for BBQs in the summer and an extremely spacious communal area which is great for hosting.

Before going any further, please meet the housemates you’ll be living with:

Meet Leeona, the certified chef of the house. She's 29 years old and works as a development chef (she brings home food—a lot). She absolutely loves to feed you and use you as a guinea pig for her dishes and snacks. She'll often be the one to rally the troops to head to the pub. Main personality traits: adorable (slightly weird) chaos merchant, absolutely abysmal at Mario Kart (you'll never be last), and no one is quite sure where she's from or what accent she has, but she's great. Her passions include eating, cooking, socializing, puzzles, and board games.

Meet Lottie. Certified child of the house. 26 from Surrey. Won’t be seen around the house without a fish finger in hand, honestly she’s obsessed. Main personality traits: Thinking she can beat everyone at Mario Kart (but having played her, I honestly wouldn’t worry too much), randomly speaking in an Australian accent 50% of the time, she’s never been to Australia. Passions include painting, pints, and calling James mean for taking the piss out of her.

Meet Stan. The dark horse. 26 and also from Surrey. An absolute Katan addict. Has recently broken into the top 300 players on his online Katan game (there are only 500 players). Passions include tennis, any documentary on meaningless sportspeople, and pints (hope you’re seeing a common theme here).

Despite moving in without knowing each other, we’ve all become a very close group of friends who have our own lives but also do enjoy spending time together, whether that’s at the pub, watching the football, or having a Netflix night in. If all of these factors interest you, and you think you would be someone who wouldn’t just move in to be a hermit but would want to be part of a friendly group, we’d be happy for you to view the amazing room up for rent!
