Large, bright double bedroom to rent in a comfortable 2 bedroom home less than a 10 min walk from Tulse Hill station.

The room itself contains a queen size bed, very large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table (there is also room for a desk). The kitchen is well furnished (including dishwasher and washer/dryer) and the living room has a dining area, sofa bed and a nice little balcony.

The flat is located just a couple of roads away from the beautiful Brockwell park and Brixton takes only 10 -15 mins on the bus.. Tulse Hill train station is very well connected, trains to London Bridge take only 18 mins and it’s also on the Thameslink line.

You’d be living with me! I’m a professional freelance musician who enjoys going to the theatre, discovering new restaurants and hanging out with friends. At home I love to cook as well as lounging around watching tv and playing board games on a rainy day!

I’m looking for someone sociable who enjoys binging the latest Netflix programme over a bottle of wine but is also respectful of each other’s space.
