Room Available Clapham North / Brixton Hill 1 Dec *No couples and not suitable for anyone wfh*

Hey we're Rosie, Jack, Ellen and Bec. Our housemate Tom is going travelling so we're on the look for a sociable, tidy housemate that is up for joining in on dinners, drinks, trips to the pub and chilling on the sofa together. We all have busy lives but like to hang out together when we can so looking for a housemate that will want to get involved!

We like the dynamic of a mixed house so ideally a guy would be more suited for the room but open to a girl if the right fit. We are aged 29-30 and work in corporate jobs Mon to Fri looking for a housemate aged 26 +. The room itself is small and is not suitable for anyone working from home.

Room: Cosy double room, comes with a double bed but no other furniture. Room for a rail and small chest of drawers but not a desk. £800 p/m exc bills. Bills including fortnightly cleaner are around £120 a month. Available Dec 1st

There's a downstairs toilet next to your room which you'd share with one other, and the main bathroom with two others (so three in total for the bathroom)

The house: 5 bed house, south facing garden in a new development SW2 (10 min walk from clapham north 15 min to Brixton). We have the tenancy until 1 Feb 2026 so looking for a long term tenant.

NOTE the room is a sublet so you won't be on the tenancy, but we're looking for a long term commitment and we'd ask for a deposit of a month's rent.
