Professional gay couple looking to rent one of our spare rooms for a Monday - Friday (preferably 2-3 nights).

£750 for 2 nights/week
£850 for 3 nights/week
£950 for 4 nights/week
Contract: Rolling month to month. All bills and cleaning included.

House is a 4 bedroom house and 3 bathrooms. We’re looking to rent one room only.

Transportation
❖ 8 mins walk to Clapham North (Northern Line).
❖ 10 mins walk to Brixton tube (Victoria Line)
❖ Bus stops are less than 5 mins walk.


Amenities
❖ Room is furnished with a brand new double bed and mattress, large wardrobe and 2 bedside tables
❖ Own private bathroom
❖ Regular professional cleaning provided
❖ Use of kitchen / cooking facilities as needed
❖ Beddings, towels etc provided
❖ Fast WiFi
❖ Quiet neighbourhood
❖ Gym, grocery, and restaurants all less than 10mins walk
❖ Microwave, washing machine, dishwasher
❖ Rent is inclusive of all bills and cleaning
❖ Ok to leave a few items in the room / wardrobe.
