We’re a friendly, easy-going and professional gay couple. I’m an engineer and my partner a doctor. We’re looking to rent one of our spare rooms for a Monday-to-Friday basis.

The room would be ideal for a professional who works in London during the week and returns home at weekends.

❖ £800 per month for 2 nights per week
❖ £900 per month for 3 nights per week
❖ £1000 per month for 4 nights per week

The property is a spacious four-bedroom house with three bathrooms. We are only looking to rent out one room, so the house remains quiet and uncrowded.

❖ 8-minute walk to Clapham North station (Northern Line).
❖ 10-minute walk to Brixton station (Victoria Line)
❖ Bus stops, pubs, cafés, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk.
