My current flatmate is moving in with his boyfriend meaning that a room will become available at Acre Lane 160B.
The apartment is very well located: just 10 minutes from Clapham North underground station and a 15 minutes walk to Brixton station. in addition, there is a Lidl just 5 min. away and a large Tesco at Acre Lane. Bonus: Clapham Common is just a 15 min. walk away so perfect if you like to go for a run or for drinks during the summer.
About me:
I have an interest in personal development, languages, meditation, classical music, singing, traveling and fitness. I am part of a LGBTQ+ chamber choir and go to Clapham Puregym on a regular basis. I would consider myself as a more introverted person who needs his own space from time to time but also enjoys socialising and doing activities together.
Languages: Dutch, English, French and German.

Rent is 1050 pounds a month excluding bills.
MOVE-In DATE & TENANT LEASE:
Current lease ends 31 October 2025. We should normally be able to extend the lease - further confirmation from the landlord awaiting. Move-in date is 25 January 2025 after landlord approval and references check.
