Large double room available in sociable house SW2

We're looking for someone to join our friendly and sociable house as one of our housemates is unfortunately leaving us.

We like to hang out as a house, trips to the pub, music events, nights out but we also like to relax, cook and enjoy our own space. We are respectful and tidy people who get on well with each other.

We are all working professionals aged between 26 & 29.

The house is in a great location in a quiet residential part of Brixton Hill. Situated 10-15 mins walk to Clapham Common, North and South tube stations and 20 mins to Brixton. There are also bus stops a stones throw away from the house so it is very well connected.

The room is a double room and is right next to the main bathroom so can almost be considered an en-suite :)

The room is available from the 25th January but we basically are looking for someone that as happy to cover rent from Mid February onwards. We have the place until Mid-November and also have the option to move out up to 3 months early if we all agree to!

We are currently 4 boys and 1 girl so we are preferably looking for another girl to join us to keep the balance but this isn't a deal breaker!
