We are leaving our beloved 2-bed flat in Brixton Hill and looking for someone to move in and see out our tenancy - either as a sublet or by lease transfer. Couples are encouraged!! The current lease is until 23 April 2025, with the landlord open to extending the lease for another year.

The house comes fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one up for rent), bathroom and living room. If you're new to London, it is a perfect soft-landing.

We have loved living in this house. There's a heap of natural light and lovely decor, the kitchen is spacious (and includes a coffee machine and Google Home!) and the separate, independent living room with sofas and TV is a huge plus. Our bedroom is a great size and has worked well for us as a couple who both wfh a few days a week.

We're 30 minutes from central London and about 5-10 minutes from Brixton, Clapham, Streatham, Herne Hill and Balham.

Our current housemate, Olivia, is staying on in the second bedroom. She's lovely, tidy and super easy to get along with.

The tenancy is arranged directly through our landlord, who is kind, responsive and easy-going.

The rent for our room is: £1,350 per month plus bills (negotiable for a single occupant).
