Area is nice and very quiet, it is a 5-7 minute walk from Clapham North Station, 10 minute walk to clapham common and 10 minute walk from brixton station. Handy for northern or victoria line into central london. There is a large Tesco and Lidl within walking distance, loads of coffee shops and lots of gyms locally.
I am not in the property too much during the day (often leave at 7am and arrive home between 7:30 and 9pm) and will generally be around weekends.
I am 27, im Irish, I run a company in london, enjoy sports, football, often go out with mates around london. Love cooking, have plenty of stuff in the house in regards to kitchenware, always fond of a bit of banter and enjoy going out for a pint, meeting new people and having a bit of fun!
