Hi there! My current flatmate and I are looking for one more flatmate to join myself (24) and Duncan (26) in moving into a 3-bed house on Acre Lane in Clapham/Brixton. There are two rooms available, one priced at £825 p/m and the other priced at £1025 p/m, and the move-in date would be any time from the 5th March onwards. About us: Duncan and I are both accountants, and are both friendly, social, and clean housemates who like hanging out together (but also respect each-other's space) and are looking for a housemate who has the same qualities. We want to get to know our new housemate as a friend (Duncan and I also met on SpareRoom), and we are always keen for a pub trip, dinner, or just a chat in the kitchen while making dinner!
