Nice room for a clean and friendly couple

Hi! I’m currently living here with a couple but they have decided to move out somewhere closer to their new job. This means that I’m looking for a new couple to replace them in the flat! The house was renovated a year and a half ago so it is nice and tidy. The room is spacious and it has loads of natural light. We have a very cute backyard garden where we can have nice barbecues once the good weather starts!

The rent of the room is £1500 per month (plus bills on top). The bills should be within a range of £250-280 between the three of us (so around £80-95 per person). The location is great as you are halfway between Clapham Common and Brixton (15 mins walking). There are bus stops 3 mins away that take you to Brixton and Clapham Common stations in less than 10 mins. There is a Sainsbury’s (5 mins away) and a big Lidl (15 mins away).

You will be sharing the house with me, Gema. I’m 27 years old and I’m from Spain but I’ve been living in London for over 5 years now. I work full time for a travel company and I want to find a friendly couple who are clean, sociable and responsible. I am someone who likes to have a nice chat at the end of the day/have dinner and catch up but also like having space to myself.
