Double Room in Top-Floor Flat, Brixton/Herne Hill

Looking for someone to take over a spacious double room in top-floor flat in Brixton/Herne Hill. The flat is in a cracking area, backing onto Brockwell Park and just a 15 min walk to both Brixton tube station and Herne Hill. The flat has the perfect balance of being close to bars/restaurants in Brixton, while being far enough away that it’s a peaceful place to live. Herne Hill is also great and close by .

My current flatmate is moving to New York for work and had been living at the flat for over three years and is sad to leave it behind. Our landlords are private landlords and very accommodating/responsive.

About Me:
You’d be living with me – a 29 year old originally from Scotland and currently working for the Civil Service. I’m easygoing and looking for a flatmate who’s sociable, clean, and respectful of the flat. As flatmates currently, we’ve become friends and enjoy a balance of having separate social lives while also being happy to head to the pub/watch tv if we are both around at the same time - which I’d ideally like to replicate with a new flatmate. I wfh once or twice a week, as my room is slightly bigger, my current flatmate works from a desk in the living room.
