I am looking for a flatmate for my 2 bedroom flat! the flat is lovely and bright and is split over 2 levels and has a lovely homely feel to it.
The room is spacious with amazing built in wardrobe space! It's a great space my lovely flatmate at the moment has lots of things so in the pics it looks a little cluttered but its a great space. The flat is in a fab location also just a short walk to Streatham Hill Station or a quick bus ride to Brixton & a 20 minute walk to Balham & Clapham South.
I am 31 and work in property. I am warm and friendly and respectful and would be looking for the same in a flatmate. I also love to cook and go on holidays! I also have a love for flowers so you will often find flowers in the flat.
The room is available from the 19th May but I can be flexible and is £1050 pcm inc bills.
