Bright Double Bedroom in Brixton Hill with Garden

We are looking for a new flat mate to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom flat (with a garden!) just off Brixton Hill. 6 months to start then a rolling contract.

The double room is light and spacious and comes furnished. The flat is a good size and has a fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining room/living room as well as a bathroom and a garden. Bedroom includes bed, wardrobe, drawers, but does not include the desk, chair and mirrors.

The flat is within walking distance of both Brockwell Park and Clapham Common, and is also close to a variety of nice coffee shops, restaurants, bars and independent shops. The house is situated on a lovely road which is very quiet and safe. Good transport links- you can walk to either Clapham North and Clapham Common (Northern Line) or Brixton (Victoria Line) station within 20 minutes, we have regular busses into Brixton every few minutes nearby.

Both flat mates (Jess and Daisy) are working professionals and looking for someone respectful and sociable. We do like to have flat dinners and catch ups from time to time! One of the flat mates does have the cutest little cat in the world!

Contract information:

-Tenancy starts on 1st of June

-Rent per calendar month: excluding bills £700 Bills average out at around £137 a month. Bills include gas/electric, water, WiFi, council tax. (band C)

-Security deposit is fully secured and protected (£800). Must be paid upfront. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month.

-prospective tenants must be able to provide 2x references (one from a previous landlord and one professional reference to confirm employment and salary).
