The house is calm and friendly- very much a home rather than just a house-share. You’d be living with four professional women, aged between 24 and 32, all easy-going, respectful, and sociable while appreciating personal space.
It’s very spacious, there’s a shared living room, kitchen, and a lovely garden out back- perfect for summer evenings. We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks, which helps keep things smooth.
Rent is £975 and bills are around £100.
Brockwell park is right on our doorstep and the house is located a short 10 min walk from Brixton tube station and 15 min from Herne Hill station.
