Double room available in 3-bed flat from 21st July, and looking for new housemates to join.

Rooms are a great size and come furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The bedroom has access to an en-suite.

There is an open plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, making it easy to keep things clean and tidy.

There is also a private garden with access only via this flat, which is a great sun trap in the summer months.

Our flat is located in an excellent spot, just a 10 minute walk from both Clapham North and Brixton Station. This makes it super convenient for getting around and exploring everything that the area has to offer.

As for your potential housemate, I’m an easy-going guy in my mid-twenties from the UK who enjoys spending time going out to the pub, event nights, watching football, going to festivals, and keeping fit. I’m looking for an outgoing and friendly professionals to take the rooms.

The minimum length of stay is at least six months, after this period there is a 2 month notice before moving out. Bills come to around £150 per month and include gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and council tax.
