Hello! Looking for someone to take over my room in a 4-bed, 3-storey, big Victorian house in Brixton Hill.
The room is a great size, plenty of storage, with a big window with a view of our garden
The house is located a 10 min bus ride from Brixton Station with about 6 or 7 different buses which come regularly, 24 hours a day. Or a 6 min bike ride.
All housemates are young professionals who have been great housemates for me. Quiet, clean and chill. Perfect for those who like to come home to somewhere quiet and not a party house, but still have nice conversations. The place is big enough to have all housemates home and not know about it.
There is a full bathroom on both the 2nd and 3rd floors, a large living room/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges/freezers, a garden, a laundry/storage room, an indoor bike storage room and on-street parking in the protected residential street.
We’re aiming to do viewings on the evening of 13th Feb.
I’ll be moving out for my new job by the end of March, so the room can definitely be yours 1st April, if not sooner. Please only apply if you know you won’t have any issues with references or have a guarantor.
