Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 4-bed, 3-storey, big Victorian house in Brixton Hill as I'm moving out of London.

The room is a great size on the rear of the house and very quiet. There's plenty of storage and a big window with views of the garden patio with lovely sunrises.

The house is located 10 mins on the bus from Brixton Station with about 6 or 7 different buses which come regularly, 24 hours a day. Or a 6 min bike ride.

All housemates are young professionals who have been great housemates for me. Perfect for those who like to come home to somewhere quiet, clean and chill and not a party house, but still have nice conversations.

Current Housemates:
Henryk (31M) is a furniture/kitchen maker, and loves cycling, nature and board games.
Charlie (24M) is a journalist, who enjoys reading, cycling, French food and history football.
Laura (27F) who is a biologist working in vertical farming and loves plants.

There are two bathrooms, a large living room/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges/freezers, a garden, a laundry/storage room, an indoor bike storage room and on-street parking in the protected residential street.

We’re aiming to do viewings as soon as possible.

I’m moving out on 21st March, so the room can be yours 22nd March, even though the next rent payment is not until 1st April. Please only apply if you know you won’t have any issues with references or have a guarantor.
