Myself and abs (both early 30s) are looking for a chilled, clean and respectful house mate to join us in our new (ish)

The house is situated opposite the Tesco on acre lane and is a short walk to both Brixton tube and Clapham Common and Clapham North.

Whilst partial to an occasional night out, like a relaxed night in.

We like watching sports on the weekend, snd your usual stuff in the week.

Abs works for sky, so is away quite a bit whilst I work in property.

We’re not looking for someone who’s going to be out every night of the week, but are looking for someone to join us who we can socialise with etc so if you think that’s you then please reach out
